Education2020The COVID-19 pandemic served as a stimulus to convene a taskforce co-led by the Organization of Nurse Leaders and the Massachusetts Rhode Island League for Nursing. The taskforce report is below and includes strategies that could be implemented between academic and practice partners to collaboratively support new nurses' transition into practice during the pandemic.
