  • Position Summary
    • The System Director implements and oversees a system-wide Performance Improvement Program consistent with the board approved plans and both regulatory and standard setting agencies. Responsible for facilitating the overall operation of Quality Improvement, ensuring clinical satisfaction and ethical practices and maintaining fiscal responsibility for Quality Improvement.  Integrates quality into the organization's primary functions.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
    • Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in business or related area required; Master's degree preferred. RN degree preferred.
    • Experience:
      • A minimum of 7-10 years demonstrated progressive divisional/corporate administrative experience in an administrative level position for multi-system division and acquisition integration. Corporate background with matrix organizational experience preferred, demonstrated business skills, experience with integrated delivery systems.
    • Skills/Abilities:
      • Personal Characteristics: Visionary, entrepreneurial, productive, flexible, ethical. Participatory manager and leader, advocate of team collaboration. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Thrives in complex, chaotic and ambiguous environments. Results oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations. Strong interpersonal, analytical and reasoning abilities. Management: Demonstrated ability as an effective leader and manager, including experience in coaching and counseling, goal attainment, performance improvement and corporate compliance. Planning/Organizing: Demonstrated success in a similar position with responsibilities of determining objectives, surveying resources, developing and choosing options, implementing change and deducting future needs from available information. Fiscal/Budgeting: Experience in preparing and monitoring financial plans, business planning and evaluation.
