The Nursing Director- Endoscopy is the leader of the clinical discipline of nursing with administrative, fiscal, and personnel accountability for the Endoscopy Procedural specialty at the main campus at 75 Francis Street Boston, MA and 850 Boylston Street, Chestnut Hill, MA locations. The main campus has 7 procedure rooms, 10 preop and recovery bays. The ambulatory campus has 6 procedure rooms and 16 bays. Annual volume of patients combined for both units is approximately 18,000.


  • Current nursing licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 

  • Educational requirements of Bachelors in Nursing. Masters in Nursing
Direct Periprocedural clinical experience required.

  • Minimum 5 years direct Periprocedural leadership experience with demonstrated management ability. 

  • Current certification in specialty area or administration is highly encouraged
