Participant Testimonials
- "This program helped me develop some different leadership skills, I especially appreciated the guidance on listening for meaning and coaching through conflict. Focusing on coaching more instead of trying to fix things for others all of the time."
- "This was a great program! I was quite impressed at how well this program ran, given the Zoom forum. The break-out sessions were clever, and well organized, and the content from faculty was great!"
- "The program content was really helpful. The past two years have been exhausting and nurse managers' emotional support and tools to make us more resilient so that we can be there to help our team. I also loved the concept of sharing "patterns" of behaviors with staff and giving them opportunity to self-reflect and decide if these behaviors are how they want to portray themselves/the unit."
- "There were so many great takeaways from this program. I am excited to listen more and partner with staff to find solutions."
